You couldn't see where it had been drilled. Hutchinson was the ONLY safe technician I could find who could open my safe and repair it to working condition. Very knowledgeable and prompt! We would definitely use him again. He arrived right on time, worked with us on changing all the locks on our new house and even installed a keyless entry on the front door. In fact I've had that other "lock & safe" company out 2 times and they couldnt fix it (but they still charged me for the service calls). They quickly fixed a problem that I have had for over a year. In an hour or so, they contacted me and offered me an appointment in about an hour due to a cancellation. They were prompt to respond and offered me a next am appointment which was fine.
